At Petite Paws, we believe in giving your dog a structured, fun-filled day that promotes both physical and mental well-being. Our daily schedule is designed to ensure that each dog has the perfect balance of play, relaxation, and socialisation in a peaceful, countryside setting.
• Arrival & Settling In
When your dog arrives at daycare, they’ll be greeted by our friendly team, who will help them settle in for the day. We’ll check their health, ensure they’ve had a good night’s sleep, and begin the day’s activities.
• Morning Playtime
After settling in, it’s time for some fun! We begin with a supervised group play session where your dog can enjoy mingling and socialising with other small dogs. Whether they love a good game of fetch or prefer running around, they’ll have plenty of space to move and explore.
• Outdoor Exploration
Our countryside setting offers lots of room for exploration. After playtime, we take the dogs on a group walk around the grounds. This is a wonderful way for them to stretch their legs and enjoy some fresh air while engaging in nature.
• Relaxation & Rest Breaks
After an active morning, it’s important for your dog to recharge. We provide quiet, comfortable rest areas where they can relax and enjoy a peaceful break. For our more relaxed guests, this time allows them to unwind in a calm, quiet corner while enjoying soothing music or just napping the day away.
• Midday Enrichment Activities
During the quieter hours of the day, we offer a range of mental enrichment activities. These might include puzzle games, scent work, or training exercises to stimulate their minds and reinforce positive behaviours.
• Fresh Water All Day
Fresh water is available at all times to keep your dog hydrated throughout the day.
• Lunchtime (If Needed)
If your dog requires lunch, please bring their meal with them. We’ll provide a break for them to enjoy their food in a calm, quiet area, ensuring they have everything they need.
• Afternoon Playtime
Once your dog has had a chance to relax and refresh, it’s time for another play session! Our small dog group will enjoy supervised play, with plenty of toys, games, and space to roam. Whether they enjoy tug-of-war, chasing balls, or simply running around with their friends, they’ll have lots of opportunities to have fun.
• Nature Break
If your dog loves the outdoors, we’ll take another stroll through the countryside to enjoy the sights, sounds, and fresh air. They can explore the surroundings, sniff the grass, and enjoy the natural environment at their own pace.
• Snack & Hydration
Towards the end of the day, your dog will have a final water break and snack if needed. We ensure they are comfortable and content as we prepare for pick-up.
• Pick-Up Time
As the day winds down, it’s time to say goodbye! Your dog will be happy, tired, and ready to go home after a fun-filled day. We’ll provide you with a brief update on how your dog’s day went, so you can feel assured that they’ve had a positive and enjoyable experience.
Our daily schedule is flexible and can be tailored to your dog’s needs. Whether your dog is active and loves socialising, or they prefer a calmer day with some quiet time, we’ll ensure that they have a rewarding and fulfilling experience at daycare.
