Requirements

1. Booking & Attendance

• We require all dogs to be booked for the same days each week to maintain routine and consistency.

• Payment is due in advance at the beginning of each month to secure your dog’s spot.

• No half-day options are available. All daycare sessions are full-day care.

2. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times

• We offer a doggy school bus pick up and drop off to those who are local

• Pick up and Drop off times will depend on location and place on list, we cannot grantee a time but will give you a rough timeframe.

•  To enable us to collect and take dogs home we might require a key, which will be kept in a key-safe. We will arrange with you where is best to put your dog when dropping home. 

• We may be able to allow some clients to drop dogs off and pick up themselves, please contact us to discuss requirements.

Late pick-ups may incur a late fee, as our staff’s time is scheduled accordingly.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• We ask for 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

• As we operate on a pre-booked schedule, late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

• We do not offer refunds for missed days or last-minute cancellations, but we can offer a credit for future sessions with proper notice.

4. Emergency Contact & Medical Information

• Please provide us with an emergency contact and any special medical needs your dog may have (e.g., allergies, medication, etc.) upon registration.

• In case of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. If necessary, we will take your dog to our designated vet for care.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a dog from daycare if they exhibit aggressive or disruptive behaviour.

• Dogs that are excessively anxious or stressed may need additional support, and we’ll work with you to ensure they’re comfortable in the daycare environment.
