We are excited to have the opportunity to care for your dog and provide them with a safe and enjoyable daycare experience. To ensure your dog is the right fit, we require a trial day for every new dog. This allows us to assess their behaviour, comfort level, and how well they interact with other dogs in our care.
1. Complete the Registration Form:
Start by filling out our Registration Form. This includes important details about your dog, such as their breed, age, health history, and any special needs or preferences. We will contact you to book in a trial day.
2. Trial Day:
Every new dog must go through a trial day to ensure they are a good fit for our daycare environment. During the trial day, we will assess your dog’s behaviour, how they interact with other dogs, and their overall comfort level in our care. This helps us ensure that our daycare is the right place for your dog.
3. Select Your Days:
After the trial day, if your dog is a good fit, you can select your preferred days for daycare. We ask that you commit to a regular schedule and book the same days each week to provide consistency for your dog.
4. Confirm & Payment:
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice for the upcoming month. All daycare sessions must be paid in advance through our booking system.
1. Trial Day: A trial day is required for every new dog to assess their behaviour and compatibility with our daycare environment.
2. Same Days Each Week: We request that your dog is booked for the same days each week to maintain consistency and routine.
3. Advance Payment: All bookings are paid in advance at the point of booking.
4• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed days, but we can offer a credit for future sessions with proper notice.
5• Behavioural Assessments: After the trial day, we’ll provide feedback on how your dog did, including their interactions with others and their overall experience. If any behavioural concerns arise, we’ll discuss them with you and work together to find the best solution.
Once you have completed a successful trial, we will send you a link to our booking system where you will need the following information
• Dog’s Name & Breed
• Age & Weight
• Vaccination Records (up-to-date parvovirus, distemper, and Bordetella)
• Health Information (any allergies, medications, or medical conditions)
• Behavioural Notes (if your dog has any special needs or anxiety, or if they have a history of aggression)
• Emergency Contact Details
